Matt has worked in recruiting since 1997 and founded Thompson Search Group in 2013 to give companies a search partner who treats every leadership hire like it matters. He recruits director through C-suite leaders in IT, finance and accounting, marketing, supply chain and logistics, and process improvement.

Matt has led recruiting from the inside at some of the region's best-known companies, as Director of Recruiting at Whataburger and Love's and Senior Manager of Recruiting at OGE Energy Corp. He knows the pressure hiring leaders face because he has been one.
